The name Femme comes from the French word meaning “woman” or “wife.” I chose Soulish Femme because it represents the woman I am becoming—a woman whose soul is still healing, growing, and being restored. I am no longer the person I once was, yet I am still becoming the woman God created me to be. I exist somewhere between healing from old wounds and embracing a renewed identity.
Despite the pain I have endured, I consider it a miracle that I am still here today. God has given me another chance—not only to heal but also to share my story in hopes that it encourages others who are walking a similar path. My prayer is that this blog becomes a place where you find inspiration, hope, and the courage to continue your own journey.

My name is Glennavelle Manarang, and I am the creator of Soulish Femme. You may be wondering where the name came from. Honestly, it came to me unexpectedly, almost out of nowhere. Some may think it’s a little cliché or unconventional, but to me, it perfectly reflects my journey.
Life is full of surprises—some beautiful, others heartbreaking. It rarely follows the path we carefully plan. There are detours, disappointments, and mistakes we never intended to make. Yet our lives are not defined by how perfectly we arrive at our destination, but by the lessons we learn along the way.
